    Once you’re ready to make your move, we’ll provide you with a clear, straightforward agreement + invoice plan. Then, we’ll schedule our kick-off call to set goals and expectations for our time together.

  • STEP 2: SET UP

    Next, we’ll set up your PR folders with access to accounts so you can keep an eye on your progress. Our team hunkers down to review your ideal client, industry, and competitors to get a dream media list started.

  • STEP 3: PREP

    This is where the party really starts — brainstorming and strategizing the most effective angle to get your message across to influencers, journalists, and maybe a few secret connections we have. ;) We’ll nail down your pitch, create a media kit, media list, and start scouting for opportunities.

  • STEP 4: ACTION

    Ready, set, PITCH. We’ll review the angle, tweak when necessary, and keep you in the loop every step of the way. Once things are really rolling, we’ll start our weekly reporting so that you always know what we're thinking and how we're going to execute the plan.

FAQ’s

  • Sidelines to Headlines is a minimum 6-month program.

  • You get one 60-minute onboarding call with Renée to review your marketing plan and set up goals for our time together. After that, we can have a bi-weekly cadence for check-in calls and reporting reviews. But with the detail I provide in your full-access media list, you get to see what our team is doing in real time. (Shhh, that’s our secret. Most agencies would never do this — that’s not how Renée runs the show.)

  • It all depends on your goals, but most wins come after the first month. It takes a few weeks to create the strategy and execution plan, modify your unique media list, and start the pitching process.

  • Yes, but we highly recommend that you be easily accessible. Given the nature of the work we do, direct contact with you is essential!

  • There is no refund on the time and work already completed. We understand that getting PR, features and scheduled on podcasts takes time, but you need to trust the process. Our agreement includes a 30-day notice if there is a reason to want to end, or pause, our time together.

  • We’d love to say yes, but due to the nature of PR, we can’t guarantee wins or bookings. We do guarantee full participation, transparency, and communication during the entire time together.
