Hey you wild lady!  Welcome to Into the Wild.

This is the very first episode and I am so happy that you are here. So I guess you can call this the pilot episode, to be fancy. But really it’s just episode 0. Because it hasn’t earned its wings yet. Haha

Get ready to get inspired, cry, laugh, get dirty, and get real because, hey, we are all on this business starting journey together.

First of all, welcome. I have no idea what the heck I am doing so be prepared for the rawness of what this will become. It’s just me, sitting in my cozy downstairs studio, chatting with you and some killer guests about starting the business of their dreams.

Ok, so let’s get started.

Today we are going to have a quick little chat where I am going to share with you the vision for this podcast, what I will be chatting about and with who, and how the content here can help you accelerate your business or help you launch the business of your dreams.

Before we get started, I wanted to tell you that everything we chat about here can also be found on wewildwomen.com/podcast

I also want to mention that In honor of the Into the Wild launch, we are going to be giving away 5 WILD Bundles in the first two weeks of launch to some super fans. These bundles include custom earrings, bookmarks, a signed copy of my book “Get Covered”, ad other goodies you can find on my website, and one of those 5 lucky winners will gain access to my 1-1 Coaching program valued at $2500. So head over to wewildwomen.com/podcast to find out more details about how you can enter to win this bundle.

In Episode 1, I tell you a little more about my story and why I became an entrepreneur, and how I launched my million dollar agency while having two babies in the first year of business (and no they aren’t twins). In Episode 3, we will dive into our interview series where I have meaningful conversations with female entrepreneurs who share their own journey of starting their business. We discuss their biggest failures, best business tips, best pieces of advice, and how they maneuver parenting, business and carving out time for themselves.  These are real women, some early on in their entrepreneurial journey, while others have been in the business for years and making millions.

We wanted to capture the essence of what it means and what it takes to start a business as a woman, a mother, a wife, and an ambitious leader. The ups and downs, the courage and bravery, the embarrassments and imposter syndrome, and how al these moments and reactions were not only necessary in growing into the strong and powerful women they are, but how they took those failures and struggles and turned them into lessons learned.

In this podcast, you’ll hear from authors, millionaires, single parents, athletes, YouTube stars, influencers, financial guru’s, artists, activists and more.  YOu’ll hear stories about massive loss, depression, loneliness, confusion, abuse problems, family conflict and more. These stories will make you cry, laugh and leave you with many AHA moments. Knowing you’re surrounded by women who are likely experiencing the same issues you are in your business journey, will make you feel much better about your current position.

You’ll leave every episode feeling equipped and encouraged to face your own challenges with your life and business.

If you’re looking to be motivated, inspired, encouraged or even just a little enlighted every week, then you are in the right place girl. I am going to provide you with the perfect inspiring stories and information you can listen to while you’re driving, working out, cooking, cleaning or just lying in bed.

Now, let’s dive into how most episodes will go. I have split the episodes into 80% interview or guest format, and 10% direct to audio (just me) -- so mixing in some of my expertise and my stories along with these other brilliant ladies.  The interview series starts with a grand introduction, followed by some quick questions (Where are they from, favorite quote, biggest business mistake, best piece of business advice, and favorite business tool.) We then dive into the deeper, enriching questions. You see, all guests are required to complete a detailed intake form for the sake of extracting the best nuggets for you, the listener. We want to follow the journey of their biggest struggles or hurdles and how they came out on the other side as WILD women.  After that we discuss how she maintains “balance” in her life and we end each episode by asking her what it means for her to be a wild woman.

I started this podcast as a way to help my mission: To inspire, motivate and educate over 1 million women to start the business of their dreams and I know how powerful a medium that podcasting can be. You’ll hear more about my personal entrepreneurial journey in the next episode, but for the sake of your time today, I wanted you to know, that if you’re a woman seeking inspiring stories and information to help launch or grow your business, then you are in the right place.

When I ran my content marketing and PR agency, we had a great blog. That was a channel that worked well for us to not only gain exposure but to rank in search engines and subsequently land more clients. So I know content works, and I know that by having intimate and open-minded conversations over a podcast I will attract the right woman to the show and to my community where we can all help each other.  The Into the Wild Podcast is designed to HELP you grow, learn, gain courage and insight so that you can live your life of purpose.

Now that I have told you a little bit about the show, you can tune into episode 1 where I dive into detail about my entrepreneurial journey and how I’ve become a successful entrepreneur, mother, and wife, all at the same time.

I so look forward to spending each week with you.

Thanks for tuning in!
