Hey you wild women!

Today I have a dynamic duo. These women share stories of successful women that inspire them. Their mission: To celebrate and elevate women by telling as many of their stories as possible.

Friends for well over 20 years, these ladies came together in 2018 to create She’s On Top, a company designed to inspire and encourage women to be part of the change that is necessary. They do this through an incredible YouTube channel, a membership site, sponsorships and an ambassador program.

Jessica - has been a passionate storyteller for over 30 years. In her 20's, she was a stand-up comedian. Hired as a writer for a YTV kids comedy show, she went on to accumulate over 18 years of experience in the television industry.

As a former executive producer and Gemini-nominated director, she has created, developed, written and produced award-winning factual entertainment, docu-soap, documentary, comedy, children’s live action and animated programs, as well as shorts and commercials for Canada and the U.S.

Tracy -  started her career as a lawyer and after several years of practicing, moved on to run one of the most successful wholesale gift companies in Canada.

After raising her young family, she started a photography business and from there went on to make documentary films.

In this episode you will learn about:

  • You will attract your community through your unique value

What it means to be a wild woman:

“Be willing to try anything and put yourself out there – see how it goes. Believe in the journey. I’m wild because I’m just going to do it.” - Tracy Hornik

“Taking the road less traveled - not always following the easiest path but the path that’s true to your heart.” - Jessica Wright
