Dr. Kinga Mnich is a social psychologist that works with multi-passionate women, specialized in positive-psychology and emotions. With over ten years of experience in coaching and a Ph.D. in social psychology (from the School of Frankfurt, Germany), she helps women avoid overwhelm, get unstuck, and create the right building blocks for a successful business.

Her curiosity for cultures has brought her to over 40 countries. She has lived on three continents and built four successful businesses. In 2015 she received the UN- Seed award for social entrepreneurship. Currently, she is launching her Focus-to-Fish incubator for multi-passionate women who are ready to take action. 

As a business professional and academic, she researches the benefits of practices of emotions in leadership, entrepreneurship, and group dynamics. She made her mission to help people transform their lives and business by understanding emotions and their practice and using positive psychology to create a growth mindset.
