“Very little right now is going according to plan - you have to be able to have some inner fortitude to roll with the punches.” - Kim Troy
Hey you wild woman!
My next guest is the Founder and CEO of Civilis Consulting, a business advisory firm providing strategic sales, marketing, operations and HR guidance to fast-growth businesses. She has also held executive-level positions in Human Resources, Operations, and Sales for some of the world’s largest corporations, including L Brands.

In this week's episode, How to Build Resilient Teams, we're talking about all things resiliency. Things like:
Why resilience in business and life has become so important.
How you can build more resilience in your employees.
How to dig deep enough with people to get to the root of someone’s truth.
How to recognize resiliency in a younger person who hasn’t lived very many experiences that build resilience.
What it means to be a WILD woman:
“Following your own path. Taking risks and being confident enough in your own abilities to pursue what your heart tells you to go for.”- Kim Troy
